Our Strategic Planning and Assessment website is designed to support every department in Student Life on the journey of continuous improvement. Based on our Continuous Improvement Cycle model, the site provides resources to help strengthen goals, refine strategies, and enhance everyday practices. The purpose is simple: to make sure the work we do in Student Life is intentional, impactful, and truly supports our students. Continuous Improvement Cycle

The Rolling TIDE:

  • T – Tailor Your Strategy (Develop Plan)
    Establish goals, objectives and outcomes. Define measures, criteria for success, and activities.
  • I – Implement Plan
    Deliver purposeful programs and services
  • D – Data Analysis and Review
    Evaluate data and compare benchmarks. Report findings to leadership.
  • E – Enhance and Repeat (Improve)
    Repeat the process, implementing data learned.
